In the event you wish to return your item(s) – We offer a store credit within 14 days of purchase less all shipping & handling charges.
Items must be returned in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you and will issue your store credit . *Please note- all delivery / shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your amount credited.

We cannot be responsible for damages caused by shipping / packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Returns that are damaged when received or are not received within the 14 day period will not be eligible for a return / exchange.
We’re sorry but personalized items, gift baskets and gift cards are not eligible for return / exchange.
We take pride in ensuring your FOUND items arrive safely to your home! In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance- please send us an image of the damage. Our team will work with you on issuing you a replacement.
