Regular Items
FOUND ONLY ISSUES STORE CREDIT
We happily offer store credit on eligible merchandise within 10 days after you receive your purchase.
Store credit is issued, less shipping and handling.
Please email with your order number, items you wish to return, reason for your request and photo of the item(s) in original condition.
We will issue a return shipping label once the return is approved by our team.
Returns must be placed back in the mail within 5 business days.
Returning the item(s) is at your own risk. Items received damaged, not received or are outside of the listed time frame, are not eligible for a refund and you will be notified.
HOLIDAY / SEASONAL ITEMS
Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Holiday & Seasonal Items. Please choose carefully!
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your refund.
Tiered Shipping Rates
- Order totals between $0-$99.99: $14 flat fee
- Order totals between $100-$149.99: $18 flat fee
- Order totals between $150-$199.99: $24 flat fee
- Order totals between $200-$299.99: $30 flat fee
- Order totals between $300-$399.99: $36 flat fee
- Order totals between $400-$499.99: $48 flat fee
- Order totals $500 and up: $60 flat fee
Tiered shipping rates are for regular shop items that would ship UPS/FedEx Ground. Any furniture/rug/lighting piece that ships by Truckload Freight is subject to separate freight fees. Any furniture/rug/lighting piece ordered for local delivery is subject to local delivery charges.
Any regularly priced items can be exchanged for store credit within ten days.

All Special Ordered items are FINAL SALE. FOUND does not provide a warranty on goods, we are always happy to reach out to our manufacturers to claim anything that is defective.
Discounted items are FINAL SALE and are in "as is condition".

Special Order Items
Special order items are final sale and non-returnable.
Our freight rate is percentage-based at 10% of the item cost. All rates are in USD.
At this time, we are only available to ship Special Order items within the lower 48 states.
Ground Shipping
- Shipped with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Standard Freight Delivery - Curbside
- Curbside delivery is a standard service that is available for all items. The item will be delivered to your doorstep or driveway.
Premium Freight Delivery - White Glove
- White Glove delivery is a premium service not available for all items. White Glove delivery includes inside delivery to room of choice, unpacking of item, placement of item, and debris removal. White Glove delivery is an additional $199 per item. Please contact a member of our team to see if White Glove delivery is available for your desired item(s), and we will have it arranged.
All Special Order items must be inspected upon delivery and any damages/defects be immediately reported. If an item is received damaged, contact a member of our team with photos of the damage, the packaging, the shipping label, and a detailed description of the problem in order to file a claim.
Custom items are final sale and non-returnable, unless received damaged or incorrectly. Once an order is placed for a custom item, the order cannot be changed or modified in any way.
Changes in shipping address are unable to be accommodated. It is important to ensure that your shipping address is correct during the checkout process.
If your item(s) are on extended backorder, a change in shipping address may be accommodated so long as the item(s) have not already begun processing.
Orders may be cancelled for full store credit, so long as the item(s) in your order have not begun processing for shipment. Once your item(s) have begun processing for shipment, they are unable to be cancelled or modified.
